Festa del Vino returns in 2025 for its fifth edition, bringing together producers from across Europe to showcase terroir-driven wines under the theme 'Next Generation Wine – Crafting tomorrow's wine, today.' This Stockholm-based wine festival, deeply rooted in Italian winemaking tradition, is now broadening its horizons to celebrate the new perspectives and innovative approaches shaping the future of winemaking.

The fifth edition of Festa del Vino takes us on a journey through Europe’s vineyards, highlighting terroir-driven wines under this year’s theme, Next Generation Wine - Crafting tomorrow's wine today. This unique wine festival, founded by Sofia Ruhne, winemaker and owner of Terreno in Chianti Classico, has previously focused on Chianti Classico and the theme of high-altitude Italian wines. Together with the wine importer Budbreak, we are now broadening the scope to include winemakers from across Europe.

On 21–22 March 2025, we invite you to join us for two days of wine celebration. As a guest, you’ll have the opportunity to meet some of Europe’s most popular producers, taste their wines and hear the stories behind each bottle. With a focus on the next generation of winemakers, we honour those who push boundaries, adapt to climate changes and market challenges, while preserving traditions and their unique terroir.

– For us, it’s important to show that behind every exceptional wine lies a place, a person, and a unique story, says Sofia Ruhne. Meeting the producers in person offers a rare chance to truly understand the connection between wine and its origin.

How many wines do I get to try at the wine fair?

There are about ten producers who will visit the hotel during the Festa del Vino and they will all bring around three to five different wines each for tasting.
