Palazzo Tiglio makes guest appearance at The Winery Hotel

On 27 February, The Winery Hotel will welcome the Tuscan boutique hotel and gourmet restaurant Palazzo Tiglio to Terreno Kitchen for an evening of true Italian flair. Enjoy Tuscan traditions and local ingredients paired with wines from Terreno.


During the evening Palazzo Tiglio’s Head Chef Mattia Parlanti and sous chef Giulio Affetti will join the team at Terreno Kitchen to present a curated four-course menu. Each dish will be paired with carefully selected wines from Terreno.

Palazzo Tiglio is a boutique hotel dating back to the 17th century, with a connecting gourmet restaurant. Located in Valdarno in eastern Tuscany, between Siena and Arezzo, the hotel was restored by Swedish entrepreneur John Werich and opened its doors in 2022. Led by Head Chef Mattia Parlanti, the restaurant has earned widespread acclaim for its elegant, ingredient-driven cuisine inspired by local traditions, winning multiple prestigious awards in just two years. It has twice been named Europe’s Best Hotel Restaurant by Historic Hotels of Europe.

- On 23 and 24 April, Mathias Dahlgren, one of Sweden’s most celebrated chefs, will join Mattia Parlanti for an exclusive collaboration at Palazzo Tiglio, featuring a tasting menu paired with wines from Terreno. We’ve long had a close partnership with Sofia Ruhne and Terreno, and I’m thrilled to bring this collaboration from Tuscany to Stockholm, says John Werich, founder of Palazzo Tiglio.

The evening’s menu will feature four courses, each paired with wines from Terreno’s own vineyard in Tuscany. Seating is limited and can be booked directly online. Wine package is not included, and is ordered separately on-site.
